I understand that Vital Vibes is a “feel good” activity and cannot be considered or used as a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
I am responsible for my own health condition. Specifically, if I suffer from any illness or disorder related to mental health, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, osteoarticular conditions, or any other conditions that may pose a risk, I must inform the Vital Vibes facilitators.
I acknowledge that this practice IS NOT SUITABLE for individuals under medication for treating depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis, heart conditions, or for pregnant women beyond six months. I declare that I am not currently taking any such medication and do not fall under the physiological conditions described above, therefore, I can participate in the Vital Vibes session.
I understand that mild side effects may occasionally occur, such as headaches, loss or increase in appetite, insomnia or heightened activation before sleep, and/or general fatigue.
By signing this document, I confirm that I have read and understood the above-mentioned aspects, the nature of the Vital Vibes sessions, their dynamics, possible side effects, and that I am fully responsible for my current state of health.

I'm also being informed that:

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as other applicable regulations on personal data protection, I am informed that the personal data provided through this form, as well as any future data I may provide to Vital Vibes, including images (Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image), which I voluntarily and expressly grant free of charge, will be incorporated into a file owned by Vital Vibes - Ecommerce Global Incubator SL for the purpose of providing Vital Vibes services.

Furthermore, I authorize Vital Vibes to use my image and testimonials in any activity related to this practice, including promotional or advertising purposes on social media, allowing the distribution and publication of my image, whether in photographic or video format, in whole or in part, and I agree to fully cooperate for this purpose.

Vital Vibes is responsible for implementing the necessary security measures in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection legislation. At any time, I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction, and, if applicable, portability or deletion by sending a written request with my personal details to info@tryvitalvibes.com.
